Omega-3 Fish Oil
Reviewed by the Nimbera editorial team · Last updated May 2026
How to use
Take 2-4 g of combined EPA and DHA daily with the largest meal of the day. Choose a high-quality, concentrated fish oil with at least 60% EPA+DHA content. Divide into two doses if taking 4 g.
How it works
EPA and DHA reduce liver fat by suppressing fat synthesis genes, increasing fat oxidation, reducing inflammation via specialized pro-resolving mediators, and improving triglyceride clearance from the blood.
