How to use
Mix 1 tsp (5g) psyllium husk powder into 8oz water or juice. Drink immediately before it thickens. Start with half a dose and build up over 1-2 weeks. Take once daily.
How it works
Soluble fiber absorbs water and forms a gel, softening stool and adding bulk to stimulate bowel movement. One of the most clinically supported fiber supplements for constipation.

Safety notes
Drink plenty of water - without adequate hydration psyllium can worsen blockage. Space at least 2 hours from other medications as it may reduce their absorption.
