How to use

Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise per week (e.g., 30-45 minute brisk walks, cycling, or swimming 4-5 days per week). Include 2 sessions of resistance training weekly for additional bone and metabolic benefits. Start gradually if new to exercise and build intensity over 4-6 weeks.

How it works

Regular aerobic exercise improves thermoregulatory efficiency - the body becomes better at dissipating heat through sweating and peripheral vasodilation, raising the threshold at which hot flashes are triggered. Exercise also increases endorphin and serotonin levels, which modulate hypothalamic temperature control and improve mood and sleep quality independently of hormone levels.
