How it works

Safety notes
Coffee is not appropriate for everyone. Avoid or limit if pregnant (caffeine crosses the placenta - most guidelines recommend under 200 mg caffeine/day during pregnancy). People with anxiety disorders, insomnia, arrhythmias, acid reflux, or GERD may be sensitive to caffeine and should choose decaf or limit intake.
