How to use

Lie flat on your back. Using fingertips, apply gentle pressure in clockwise circular movements starting at the lower right abdomen, then up, across, and down the left side (following the colon path). Massage 10-15 minutes once or twice daily.

How it works

Stimulates smooth muscle contractions in the colon and may speed transit time. Particularly studied in post-surgical and neurologically impaired constipation.
